You've been told the lie that you don't have enough will power. To eat breakfast in the morning (whether you are hungry or not) because "it's the most important meal of the day!" You've been told to count your calories and to limit your calories. You've been told to eat low fat and to eat small meals, 6 times a day. This is so wrong, it couldn't be any further from the truth!
It's not your fault you are fat. You merely did what the professionals have (and are) telling us all to do. The problem is, most of them are wrong. Is there a better way? Yes there is, it's called Keto and we are here to help!
