Hi, I have created an 8 page PDF document a list of items that I know will be helpful.  These are items that I've spent a year and a half researching. They are the highlights of the keto diet and they include everything that you need to know to succeed on the Keto diet. I've organized them in point form, so it's easy to read and refer to.

I will also include one book that I suggest you reading if you want more info, but it’s not necessary to start. 
I will list several websites that I recommend, for you to get started with.

Note, I’m not a Dr., nurse or nutritionist, but I have lost 100 lbs, and I know what works and what doesn’t work 😊 I have researched the keto diet plan extensively. I have learned so much that I’m happy to help others with the information that I’ve learned over the last 1.5 years.
